What is a user? Do I need more than a single user?
Users have their own login, password, preferences, settings and saved recruiting projects in Scavado. Your account may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
Do you offer extended trials or pay-as-you-go subscriptions?
Following the initial free 1 day trial we do not extend trials or offer pay-as-you-go subscriptions. Since our subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis without a contract or cancellation fee, you can use Scavado on an as-needed basis. You are able to cancel or renew your subscription at any time.
Can I make a payment by invoice?
We do not offer invoicing at this time.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Canceling can be done easily within the Billing tab of your account.
